Tanja Zimmermann

Ph.D. in Art History in Ljubljana (1997) and in Slavonic Literature in Munich (2004);
1993-96 research assistant in History of Art at the University of Ljubljana;
2001-2004 research assistant in Munich (a DFG-project in Munich about Russian modernism in literature and in the visual arts);
since 2004 assistant professor in Slavonic Literature and History at the University of Erfurt.

Publications about gothic wall paintings; Russian, Polish and South Slavonic literature in the 19th and 20th centuries; art and film.
