Malin Gustavsson
Malin has worked as gender equality and diversity consultant since 2006. She specializes in gender equality planning for the public sector, gender equality work with children and youth, and preventing and combating sexual violence. Malin has extensive experience of training and coaching individuals as well as groups in gender equality work, creating method materials and instructions, integrating gender equality in leadership training, as well as organizing seminars and lecturing.
Malin regularly teaches classes in gender equality at the University of Helsinki and Åbo Akademi, and lectures on gender equality through the Hem och Skola network of parents, teachers, and pupils. She works part-time for Folkhälsan, a non-profit organisation in the social and public health fields. At Folkhälsan she works with integrating a gender perspective in the work of the whole organization through different projects and as a gender equality expert specialized in sexual violence.
Malin has a Bachelor of Social Sciences from Åbo Akademi and a Master of Arts in Women's Studies from the University of Helsinki. She has also studied gender studies at the University of Gothenburg in Sweden and political science at the Ernst Moritz Arndt Universität in Germany.
