Konstanze Spät is an artist who creates spaces, situations and sceneries to negotiate topics within the field of body politics and power. Predominantly she develops complex and sensual installations, to lure a visitor out of a passive, reserved position into becoming an interrelated, active element within an ephemeral biotope.
Besides her artistic work, she has been and is involved in various collective, curatorial projects, as are: The City and the City (Cologne, 2017), ZEFAK (Bremen, 2018) All of a Jitter (Tokyo, upcoming).
With her project Scenes of Oszillation she analyzes different degrees of restrictive respectively subversive potentials of group movement and its afterlife
